Trimesters

Observing proposals are accepted in trimesters as follows:

2010A	Jan.-April	early October	Long Term proposals allowed. Proposals for Magellan I/II accepted.
2010B	May-Aug.	late February	Affected by summer downtime. Proposals for Magellan I/II accepted.
2009C	Sept.-Dec.	July 8

The Magellan I/II telescopes are scheduled in semesters (late Jan.-July; Aug.-Jan.). Exact dates change slightly from year to year depending on engineering runs.
